• NZAMI offers a free mediation service for members and their clients to resolve disputes in a friendly, efficient 
  and unbiased way. The mediation service provides a useful step between the customer and statutory agencies and 
  enables members to concentrate on their business, confident that both parties will be represented by a neutral 
  mediator to reach an amicable solution
• If a complaint from a client is considered to be justified, appropriate remedies are available under the Rules of the 
  Association, thus upholding the integrity of the Association
