Richard is the immediate past Chairman and current Board Director of NZAMI and has been a member since 1992. He has also served on the Immigration Advisers Authority Industry Reference Group. As Managing Director of PathwaysNZ he manages a team of 5 licensed advisors covering all areas of immigration advisory services, personally specialising in business and investor migration.

Pathways to New Zealand, founded in 1992 is one of New Zealand's longest established immigration consultancies and has assisted more than 7000 people, from over 70 different countries, make successful New Zealand immigration applications.
